Your assignment
Responsible for reporting within Corporate Controlling with a focus on global functions like Sales and Procurement, delivering accurate and timely reports and presentations to Executive Management.
Contribute to the Group’s annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, with a specific focus on sales-related topics.
Conduct monthly performance analyses to identify financial trends, risks, and cost-saving opportunities, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
Prepare and present financial reports to key stakeholders, supporting strategic decision-making and ensuring transparency across the organization.
Support the implementation of the group-wide Business Intelligence strategy in close collaboration with Corporate IT, including data structuring, dashboard development, training, and change management.
Support the finance organization with ad hoc analysis and actively contribute to cross-functional finance projects.
Your background
Completed studies in Accounting, Controlling, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced training in controlling (e.g., CMA, CFA, or similar certifications).
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in controlling within an internationally operating industrial company.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data, provide insights and able to explain complex financial concepts in an understandable manner.
Expert know-how in MS Office; esp. Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in SAP Analytics Cloud or Reporting tools like SAP BPC, HFM, COGNOS is a plus.
Team oriented, proactive and results driven person with willingness to travel, primarily within Germany, France, and Switzerland.
Fluent in German and English, both oral & written. French is a plus.
