• Develop, coordinate and manage corporate sustainability initiatives, strategies and ESG objectives plus monitor and further refine the implementation of ESG policies and standards

• Provide ESG oversight for Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA), Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIA), environmental and social management plans, risks and impact management

• Provide ESG guidance and support to senior management, assist in development of ESG strategic objectives and their integration into business planning and screen projects and operations for ESG risks and opportunities

• Analyze sustainability performance of corporate and business units and support implementation of environmental standards and eco-certifications

• Develop, implement, and maintain an ESG Management System to ensure compliance with the ESG policy, sustainability reporting, carbon reduction target across the sites, projects, and departments

• Identify opportunities for decarbonization, sustainable energy, water and waste solutions and in a variety of other projects

• Master's degree in Natural Science, Engineering or comparable field and a minimum of 8 years’ experience in ESG, Audit and Risk fields in an industrial or comparable multinational company

• Highly skilled with Management systems (health and safety, environmental, and social management systems and standards such as ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001)

• Ability to analyze, synthesize complex information and data, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• An action-oriented self-starter and initiative-taker with decision-making ability

• Strong, intercultural experienced communicator with a convincing personality, team orientation and the ability to manage diverse stakeholders

• Fluent in German and English, oral & written
