Your assignment

  • Be part of the Corporate Strategy team and work on CEO-relevant topics to shape the strategy and the future of our multi-national Group
  • Work on corporate projects, such as M&A, business development, product strategy, strategic planning, etc.
  • Initiate and moderate the strategic dialogue between the three Sales Divisions – ensure cooperation and collaboration leading to an aligned approach towards the market and customers
  • Evaluate technical and economic feasibility of M&A opportunities, investments and/or strategic and operational initiatives including the coordination with relevant stakeholders and external advisors
  • Foster the implementation of Group wide initiatives in cooperation with the management and engage cross-functionally with internal and external experts
  • Own, drive and solve problems by applying quantitative and qualitative skills, and synthesize key takeaways and derive conclusions and recommendations and present to top management

Your background

  • Master’s degree with top grades in Engineering, Business Administration, Strategy, Finance or a comparable field
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a Tier-1 consultancy, investment bank, M&A boutique and/or an industrial company in similar position, including relevant project management experience
  • Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills; able to break down, structure and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis
  • Creative mind-set, able to work within a wide variety of subjects, self-driven, diligent, solution oriented and highly resilient when facing hurdles
  • Strong communicator with a convincing personality, team orientation, stakeholder management competence and intercultural experience
  • Fluent in German and English, oral & written. French is a plus
