Be part of the Corporate Strategy team and work on CEO-relevant topics to shape the strategy and the future of our multi-national Group
Work on corporate projects, such as M&A, business development, product strategy, strategic planning, etc.
Initiate and moderate the strategic dialogue between the three Sales Divisions – ensure cooperation and collaboration leading to an aligned approach towards the market and customers
Evaluate technical and economic feasibility of M&A opportunities, investments and/or strategic and operational initiatives including the coordination with relevant stakeholders and external advisors
Foster the implementation of Group wide initiatives in cooperation with the management and engage cross-functionally with internal and external experts
Own, drive and solve problems by applying quantitative and qualitative skills, and synthesize key takeaways and derive conclusions and recommendations and present to top management

Master’s degree with top grades in Engineering, Business Administration, Strategy, Finance or a comparable field
At least 2-3 years of experience in a Tier-1 consultancy, investment bank, M&A boutique and/or an industrial company in similar position, including relevant project management experience
Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills; able to break down, structure and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis
Creative mind-set, able to work within a wide variety of subjects, self-driven, diligent, solution oriented and highly resilient when facing hurdles
Strong communicator with a convincing personality, team orientation, stakeholder management competence and intercultural experience
Fluent in German and English, oral & written. French is a plus

Work in a highly dynamic team consisting of members with many years of experience in Managing Director positions at Steelmaking companies and Tier-1 Strategy Consultancies
