Your assignment

Leading the Corporate Treasury team with primary focus on operational cash management, customer credit risk management and project leadership.

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of treasury operations and ensuring efficient management of Swiss Steel Group’s financial resources.

Oversee day-to-day treasury operations, including cash management and liquidity forecasting, while continuously evaluating status-quo and driving process improvements.Supervise customer credit risk management processes, including credit risk analysis and monitoring. Supporting group wide  implementation of the credit management services organization.

Drive treasury initiatives and projects, such as system implementations and process improvements, to enhance treasury operations.

Collaborate cross-functionally with corporate finance, accounting, tax, and other departments to align treasury activities with overall business objectives.

Your background

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field with 7-10 years of relevant corporate treasury experience. Additional education in Treasury or Corporate Finance preferred.

Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.

Strong project management experience, capable of handling multiple concurrent projects and ensuring their successful completion.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, proficient in interpreting complex financial data and providing sound business recommendations.

Proficient understanding of financial markets, banking products, and treasury systems, adept at leveraging technology for process optimization.

Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written. Proficiency in German and French is highly desirable.
