Co- lead end-to-end regional & global projects and campaigns in alignment with global marketing and sales teams, from planning through execution to evaluation.
Identify success metrics for assets and activities, responsible for KPI tracking and reports.
Conduct market analysis to obtain an understanding of the competitive landscape and help establish product differentiators.
Collaborate closely with marketing teams to address operational topics.
Degree in Marketing, Communication or related field
2-5 years’ experience in comparable marketing, branding or communication role necessary – at an agency or in a B2B environment
Ability to manage senior stakeholders in a matrix organization
Fast Learner, with a track record of bringing creativity, strategic thinking, and high energy to complex projects, results driven – able to execute with high personal accountability
Be able to work for multiple projects simultaneously, thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Product marketing experience is a strong plus, as well as technical affinity
Experience in marketing campaign is preferred
Ability to work cross-functionally in a global organization
Fluent in English and German, French is a plus

Become a member of our global marketing and communications team. While the team is spread across Europe, you would be located in Emmenbruecke, Switzerland. We are currently seeking a (senior) marketing manager to manage global & local marketing initiatives, lead marketing communication projects, execute marketing campaigns and activation plans, as well as create content for online & offline channels. Ideally, the candidate has corporate marketing experience, knowledge of the marketing/sales funnel, expertise in building omni-channel marketing plans, a passion for technical products, and proven ability in executing successful campaigns.
